Supersymmetry (SUSY) is one of the most attractive candidates for the
theory beyond the Standard Model (SM). Among them, the minimal
supersymmetric extension to the SM (MSSM) has been studied in detail. In
the MSSM, it is difficult to explain the Higgs boson mass and the muon
anomalous magnetic moment (the muon g-2) simultaneously for universal
SUSY-breaking parameters, e.g. the minimal supergravity mediation. In this
talk, to above problem, we introduce the effect of extra vector-like
generations. As the important feature of this model, we discuss the
infrared fixed point behavior. That leads to sizable extra Yukawa couplings
of Higgs doublets between the second and vector-like generations in both
quark and lepton sectors.
